We’re living through a time of rapid change and deep uncertainty. From personal loss to shifting social landscapes, life can feel overwhelming. Many individuals are experiencing heightened levels of stress, anxiety, and emotional fatigue. If that’s where you are right now—you’re not alone. I’m here to support you.

Virtual sessions offer the flexibility and accessibility needed to prioritize your mental health—no matter where you are. Together, we’ll create a safe space to help you explore your thoughts, process emotions, and develop effective coping strategies.
Are Online Therapy Sessions Effective?
Yes—absolutely. Online therapy offers the same high level of care and therapeutic support as in-person sessions. The key difference is that you’re able to access this support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
In fact, a review of 92 studies on online therapy showed no significant difference in effectiveness between virtual and face-to-face sessions. The research continues to validate the value of online therapy as a powerful and effective tool for personal healing and growth.

ADHD or Autism Evaluations

Welcome to TODOS Therapy ADHD Evaluation Services!
Are you searching for personalized support for ADHD evaluations? Do you want an evaluator who respects your unique identity and experiences? Are you tired of being dismissed by other providers? Have you tried to get an appointment, but you're on a waiting list? Do you prefer to meet with someone who understands the Latin American diaspora?
Why choose me?
My name is Stephanie Olano, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) from the Bay Area, CA. I grew tired of hearing the same story from my clients who struggled to find a provider who could accommodate their schedule or take their concerns seriously. This motivated me to take action and make a difference. I decided to get certified to do online ADHD assessments, with a particular focus on serving the BIPOC and Latinx communities. I am here to provide a compassionate and inclusive approach tailored to meet your needs.
What will the sessions looks like?
These sessions will be conducted online and recorded for later review. Rest assured, the video will be securely stored and never shared with anyone else. The evaluation process is structured into three (3) 50-minute sessions, giving us enough time to understand your needs and concerns thoroughly.
I will use standardized rating scales and behavior checklists. These assessments, completed by you and possibly those who know you well (such as family members or teachers, if needed), help quantify the frequency and severity of ADHD symptoms.
We will conduct a detailed interview to explore your developmental history, including early childhood behavior, academic performance, and social interactions. We look for patterns consistent with ADHD to ensure a thorough understanding.
This collaborative approach ensures you fully understand the evaluation results and feel confident moving forward. After completing the sessions, you will receive a detailed written assessment via secure email. If ADHD is diagnosed, we will collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include therapy, coaching, behavioral strategies, and recommendations for medication management by a medical professional.
How are my evaluations different?
Trauma-Informed Care: Your well-being is my top priority. I ensure a trauma-informed approach to create a safe and supportive environment throughout the evaluation process.
Decolonize View of Mental Health: I advocate for decolonizing mental health interventions and embrace a holistic perspective that considers cultural factors, empowering you to be an active participant in your mental health journey. Because we are a team.
Collaborative Approach: Understanding that ADHD evaluations can be a sensitive process, I work collaboratively with you, fostering open communication and a shared understanding of your unique strengths and challenges.
Online Convenience: Forget about scheduling difficulties or location constraints. My online ADHD evaluations make it easy for you to access the support you deserve from the comfort of your own space.
Empower Your Mental Health: Explore alternatives to medication with a therapist who values your journey. Let's work together to develop strategies that resonate with your individual needs.
How much will it cost?
Fee: $1500
Open to payment plans. I understand that the cost of mental health services can be a significant concern, and I am committed to making our ADHD evaluations as accessible and equitable as possible. I offer flexible payment plans to accommodate your financial situation, ensuring that you can receive the care and support you need without added stress. We just need to have an honest conversation about it.
Please note that while I can provide an ADHD evaluation, I do not offer medication management. I can write letters for work or academic accommodations, but I cannot guarantee they will be accepted.
This service is for those who want to take the first step towards understanding their ADHD but aren't ready or able to speak with a medical or psych professional yet.

Welcome to TODOS Therapy Autism Evaluation Services!
Are you seeking an autism evaluation that honors your unique identity and lived experiences? Do you want an evaluator who understands intersectionality and the impact of cultural factors on neurodivergence? Are you looking for a neuroaffirming approach that celebrates neurodiversity rather than pathologizing it?
Why choose me?
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide comprehensive autism evaluations through a decolonized, culturally-informed lens. I understand that traditional diagnostic approaches often fail to consider cultural differences, masking behaviors, and the unique presentation of autism across different identities and backgrounds.
What will the evaluation process look like?
The evaluation process consists of three (3) 50-minute online sessions. These sessions are recorded for thorough review and stored securely, maintaining strict confidentiality.
We will use standardized assessments and detailed interviews to understand your experiences, developmental history, and current challenges. The evaluation considers sensory experiences, communication patterns, social interactions, and special interests through a neuroaffirming lens.
After completing the evaluation, you'll receive a comprehensive written report via secure email. If autism is identified, we'll collaborate on developing personalized support strategies that align with your values and needs.
What makes my evaluations different?
Neuroaffirming Approach: I embrace neurodiversity and view autism as a natural variation in human neurology, not a deficit to be "fixed."
Cultural Competency: Understanding how autism presents differently across cultures and how intersecting identities impact neurodivergent experiences is central to my practice.
Anti-Oppressive Pricing: I believe in making autism evaluations accessible to communities who have historically been excluded from these services. Flexible payment plans are available to ensure financial barriers don't prevent access to support.
Decolonized Framework: My evaluations challenge traditional Western medical models and incorporate diverse cultural perspectives on neurodiversity.
Important Notes
As an LMFT, I cannot prescribe medication or provide medical advice. However, I can provide documentation for accommodations and connect you with additional resources if needed.
Fee: $1500 (Payment plans available - let's have an honest conversation about making this work for you)
